Bouldercrest COC Communication Procedures Marketing Materials and Collateral Guidelines

Got an event you want to schedule at the church? Got an event you want the church to know about? We want to help your event be promoted and be successful. Fill out the appropriate Form and let us know. Please review this document with your ministry lead and/or person overseeing your event before you fill out this form. This form can only help you request availability of our media resource team and request promotion of your event through our church media (bulletins, slides, website, social networks). Events must be approved by the ministry lead and Leadership before they can be announced.

REQUEST TO USE CHURCH PREMISES

 

Please note that room assignments are based on a first come first assigned bases. If leadership approval is given but the room is already assigned on the church calendar to another group, please consider a second choice to avoid confusion. No exchanges of rooms may be given without office approval. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact the church office at admin@bouldercrestcoc.org or call (404) 622-4212 during church office hours.
